Description
PDF – Pearl & Rock Strap by UJAMAA BAGETTES | 2 pattern bundle
Pearl
Designed by UJAMAA BAGETTES
A softly-structured, three-way bag with a curvy shape
PARASKA is a round, softly structured, versatile three-way bag and PEARL is her smaller self with the same versatility:
- a handbag using the handles
- a shoulder or crossbody bag using a ROCK STRAP, or
- a backpack using the same ROCK STRAP.
PARASKA is named after another one of our grandmothers, this one a Ukrainian Baba who was versatile and multi-talented. She could knit and crochet, sew and embroider, no-one had a better garden and how she could cook and bake. She almost always wore a full bib apron – until a camera appeared – and that apron is recognizable on the front of this bag. And she could hug with a hug that enveloped you in her warmth and softness. To her Canadian friends Paraska was Pearl so it is appropriate that our PARASKA is round, multitalented, and hug-able – with a nice fat bottom.
